PROJECT SUMMARY:
With the help
of a grant from the State of Michigan, the
university will begin the construction project
to reconfigure Oliver Street, the campus road
that runs between Stadium and Oakland Drives.
The project will take place in
three stages over the summer and will be completed
in August, in time for the start of fall semester.
The total scope of the project
will include a new roadway and sidewalks, bicycle
paths, and reconstructed parking lots.
Also included in the project
is a stormwater management plan to prevent
building and parking lot run-off from entering
the Arcadia Creek watershed. |
