A desire to consolidate and improve several student service functions has prompted a mini-renovation to Ellsworth Hall.

Central Kohrman Classrooms Renovation
Status : Part One Under Construction

Project to renovate former classrooms, labs, and offices as general-use university classroom. Project is part two of the planned renovations and upgrades to Kohrman Hall; part one was the renovation of South Kohrman for the School of Art.

Bernhard Center Renovation
Status : In Development

A long-needed project to create a north-south public corridor within the building. The project will also renovate office space on the north side of the building for the Division of Student Affairs.
